About the App
Welcome to HConnect Events! The mobile application provides the latest information on various firm events to authorized users.
You can browse event sessions, speakers, logistics and other resources from HConnect under the Event module. With just one simple click, you can register for your interested event and add the schedule to your phone calendar. Under the Video module, you can search for the past event replays or add them to your list to watch at later time at your convenience.
Frequently Asked Questions
If you are having problems with the mobile App, here are some troubleshooting tips you can try:
1.How to login?
  • The App allows 2 login methods: 1. Using One-Time-Passcode (“OTP”) sent to your email (default method) or 2. Password login
  • For either way, please enter your authorized email address as account name first
  • Make sure to click into and read BOTH of the User Agreement and the Privacy Policy, and then check the box to proceed
  • Key in your credentials to proceed:1.In the “OTP verification” page please use the 4-digit code send to your email to proceed OR,2.Click on the “Login with Password” and enter your password and click “Sign in”.
  • Allow the App to use Face ID or Touch ID of your device to unlock the App.
2.Issues receiving notifications?
  • Make sure Notifications are turned on in your phone settings
  • Please note that this process varies a little between versions of iOS.
  • Go back to “Settings” (from your home screen) and select “Notifications”.
  • Scroll down until you see “Hconnect Event”.
  • Make sure that the “Alert Style” is set to either “Banners” or “Alerts”.
  • While on that screen, also make sure you turn on all other options.
  • Make sure Notifications are turned on in Hconnect App
  • Go to Hconnect App.
  • Inside the App, click on Account > Settings > Notifications > switch on System Notifications
3.Issues receiving One-Time-Passcode (“OTP”)?
  • Make sure to login using your authorized email address
  • Make sure to connect to a stable network to receive the OTP email
  • Check the junk mail folder
  • Click "Resend" to try again
4.Issues connecting to Zoom?
  • Downloaded the Zoom application in advance on your device
  • Make sure to connect to a stable network

5.App keep crashing?
  • Try to log out and restart the App to try again
